So I should probably use #3 Rusk?  I forgot to mention my hair is pretty frizzy too.

Get Rusk Radical Anti-curl. It will give you the same results.

I used to use Artec Texture.Smooth relaxer to get rid of a cowlick and make my hair more bouncy and easy to style. They quit making it awhile ago and I haven't been able to find anything that would give me the same results.  My hair is about 2" all around and extremely hard to style.
