Where Can I Purchase "Good Quality" Human Hair?

If you are talking locally here in L.A, then I say Gios, Extensions Plus, and Okay (I personally would do only the mink or cuticle hair, NOT the regular)

After that, Wagmans I a FAV vendor of min as well..

I was gonna suggest  Wagmans as well. not because ive purchased, but it seems to be pretty popular, especially with the ladies on the weave board
