It is the confirmation # that WU gives you after you send the money. You give the # to the vendor, and they pick up their $ for the lf.

Usually I email this # to the CV right away, and they pick it up quickly. With Rex, he seems to pick up $ and ship right away. Jacksun seemed pretty quick as well.

 This my first time ordering from chinese vendor , can someone please tell me what this means? Also how long do CV wait for payment via western union ?
