I didn't take pictures of that application because I did it on a "beater" unit. I didn't want to mess up one of my good ones, in case it didn't work as desired.

HTH.

Clean up was a little more than I hoped, but not an exhausting chore.

I did the freeze, then the bandage. I did a light coat, then let it dry for about 5 minutes (until it wasn't tacky to the touch). Then did another coat and let it dry.

I did use the rite dye pen to color the some of the front part of the lace but now i cant part it because the spots will show through. Also I did try and remove it with alcohol and it didnt work so I was thinking let it sit in acetoneConfused but i dont know how it will effect the knots? any advice?

I'm not sure why  this "technique" changed the color of your unit-- I havent had any issues- I have shown you the pics; it worked for me. Also, the liquid bandage smell does not  stay --none of my units smell medicinal.

Also I've had no problems removing liquid bandage from units when I shampoo them.

I  never mentioned acetone tho....I just shampoo my units ...
