Liv Tyler Let Her Bangs Grow Out...

It is an improvement, but it bums me out a bit that she's abandoning the bangs. I think a lot of celebs will go this way with bangs - they'll try this particular sheepdog version, like them for a day, get sick of them in a month, and grow them out.

What bugs me is that (to me) that sheepdog style is such an unappealing version of what is in general a very appealing look, but they won't stick around long enough to try other versions, they'll just dismiss the whole category. It's like deciding to buy a car, getting some low-end clunker, and when the kitchy thrill wears off, deciding that you don't like cars after all, instead of just trying a different model of car.

I bet longer, sideswept bangs would look fantastic on Liv, especially blended with a more layered, versatile cut. Looks like she's not sticking around to find out.
