Tomorrowperfume! Awww, that is so sweet of you to say. Your hair is gorgeous, don't kid yourself! I don't see any splits, it is shiny and thick. I am sure you will make your goal of fingertip length in a few years -- just go to that long hair specialist once every 6-12 months for a tiny trim (and keep doing that S&D in-between) and you're there! Oh, and enjoy what you already have!

You have gorgeous long hair and a lovely golden sheen. Even though you say you have split ends, it looks so healthy. You will make it to Dave's length in a few years with a bit of patience but you should enjoy the length you have now.

So, I finally have a picture of my hair! Unfortunately, it's a picture from my graduation a couple of weeks ago, but it's the only picture I have of my hair being long and straight and pretty.
...Perhaps I should have cropped it first...
I have a lot of split ends still, though. I haven't cut my hair in six months, ever since I saw a guy who "specializes" in long hair. All he did was talk a long time, show me a new way to put my hair up, and trim an inch off. What a waste of $100!! I've been doing little S&Ds lately, but there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.
I feel proud of my length up until I look on these forums and see Dave's hair Mine will never make it to that length! I'm aiming for my fingertips, though, so I'm barely halfway there.

but you should enjoy the length you have now.
Mine will never make it to that length! I'm aiming for my fingertips, though, so I'm barely halfway there.
