I went back to Sally's hair supply and the counter girl told me the same as your reply.  Thanks for the tip on the Neutrogena Triple Moisture.  I currently use and love Ojon, I've not tried to use heat with it, I just leave it on overnight once a month, and apply a small amount to the ends 5 days a week.  I still have not used the hair color yet, I'm affraid I'll mess it up someway, I hope to get the courage up soon.
Thanks for helping me.

Pari: I hope you still get this; sorry it's so late of a reply!

If your ends are dry and they are coloured, it may be because the stylist was running the colour through to your ends each time to refresh the older colour. Not sure if you noticed her/him doing this? It's one of the worse things stylists can do. They should use a semi or demi-permanent colour on your mid-shaft and ends to refresh, not permanent colour.

If you decide to go drugstore; there lots of good colour there. Please just don't run the colour through to your ends, UNLESS it's a semi or demi. To get your hair back moist, deep condition it twice a week with a super moisturizing conditioner like Neutrogena Triple Moisture. Apply it after you shampoo (out of the shower), wrap a bag on your head and blow dry your head to heat up the conditoner on your head. Let it sit for an hour and rinse out. HTH!

Love clip-ins and tape!

My stylist that I have now is using (Sally's) Ion Color Brilliance on my hair. My ends seam to be extreemly dry. I would like to color at home, but not sure about the products available to me in the stores, are drying my ends out? Would anyone know about what brands are the best, Professional -vs- Home Color?     Cry
