It should have some instructions on how to use.
Use 20 vol developer apply to wet hair and leave on until you see the tone changing on your hair, its a very visual thing. Yes you can use after colouring your hair, as basically toners are used to brighten blonde hair or to tone down any unwanted orange/brassy tones in the hair.
Ok so I bought a wella toner in white lady but I am not sure how or when to use it. What developer do I mix it with and for how long do I leave it in? Does my hair have to be wet or dry? Can I use it after coloring?
