I've also heard that a deep oil treatment (like olive oil) with heat followed by clarifying shampoo will strip colour out of hair. Just be careful not to wash ALL of the toner out or you'll be back to square one!

I remember your post, as I replied to it, however I never said to leave it on for 9 mins. As toners are more a visual thing. your hair is probably to ashy now, You can just wash it a few times it will fade in time.
Ok so a few hours ago I psoted about using a wella toner in white lady, apparently I left it in too long (9 mins?) and my hair has a purple shade to it, it's quite gross and I cannot go to work like this. Any advice?
