As often as you like. I would not go months on end. It is the water that makes your locks lock! Keep them clean and moisturize. It will be up to a year or so before you notice your hair locking so just sit back and let your journey begin!Smile

I am dreading my hair with single braids, it hasnt started to lock yet, its been a week and half since it was done, the braids have elastics at the tip and root.  how long after should i wash my hair?
