You should try kindof shaving the sides so it goes into a bit of a mohawk, and then have the top thinnened so its not as thick.

Try experimenting with different things. (Y) :D

How old are you?  You look about 15 - in that case the hair looks fine.
I think a buzz cut would look good also if you want an older look.
