I don't know that her hair has regrown after being burned. She walked into a burning house once, and even though you saw her skin all burned, her hair wasn't even singed.

Her hair looked very good in tonight's episodes, but we won't be seeing her long hair for much longer. I wonder if they are going to have an episode where she cuts it.
The character won't be cutting her hair. I think they consider it a pretty important part of her, and Hayden has been seen on set wearing a variety of wigs. One reason may be that since her hair has regrown after radiation burns, fire, and decapitation, it'd be hard to explain why it wouldn't just grow back after being cut.
