I also have a wave nouveau and i have fount that the small rods most likely have to be used till your hair gets almost chin length then you can go bigger. But be careful it can look mostly staight the bigger you get.

How's the dry curl these days? I haven't seen anyone with a curl in yeaaars. Is everything still the same or have the products changed since then.
Products have definitely changed! I'm sportin' WN and love the low maintenance... the products I use aren't oily or greasy and makes my hair look natural.

had small barrel curls put in. I wanted them bigger but because my hair was short they said small ones would look better. My hair has grown a bit since then so I have to re-touch the roots, thing is, I can't stand the small curls and would like bigger ones. Is there any way they can use a different rod size this time round? Or am I stuck with these curls?
I've been told you can change them, but I just want to make sure :)
