Thanks everyone with your help. But, I have to get my hair done at a salon. I would never attempt it myself and I don't know anyone that would risk doing my hair.

Hey, have u heard of Clairol Herbel Essences? They have a highlighting kit.it's for colored hair. That way your hair won't get damaged.I use it for my cooper highlights.U would have to get the one that says, golden blonde. That's what I'm getting in Jan.I'm due for a color. If u don't know how to do it.Just color your hair a light brown & then highlight it with this.Maybe u could have a friend help.It has a neat brush with it.Well, good luck! :)

I looked on Schwartzkopf and biosilk's website but they don't have a locator for beauty shops that use their products. I also checked my yellow pages and made some phone calls but I can't find anyone that uses these products. If anyone knows any shops in the Pocono, Allentown, Bethlehem, PA area that uses these products please let me know. I need to get my hair done soon, my roots are grown out alot and looks terrible. I can't take the chance of getting another terrible highlight Iv'e been through too many hair disasters this year.

biosilk are very good. There products are far gentler than most brands. You should find a salon that uses this brand since I noticed you live in America and this is where the colour is from - i think it's based in Houston,Texas, i think. You could look on their website :)

What brand salon coloring is good for fine, thin hair? I'm looking for a new hairdresser, to do golden highlights on my ash brown hair. My last salon used Goldwell but I had to drive 50 miles for them. I'm lookinf for a closer salon and having trouble finding a salon that uses Goldwell. Are their other products that would be as good?
