I do recall that that's why I was thinking she just didn't get back to Robert yet to go short again. I hope this is sign he ws wrong and she wants her long hair back.

Sooo much better with longer hair.She basically started growing it right away. Even her stylist was way off with his observations. I'm glad.
Remember these quotes from well over a year ago...
QUOTE=Karen Shelton]
OK I talked to Robert who spent all of last week with Lucy doing a lot of press. She is going to be featured in some new Gap ads I believe and has some other work coming out.
Robert said "Lucy is so over her long hair" and likes shorter, edgier, more sophisticated styles. He said he and Lucy discussed her hair length and she does "not want to go longer than to the top of her shouders" plus she likes lots of layers and chunks with chemical texturizing. If anything, Robert believes Lucy will go even shorter.
I passed on the scoop that some of the guys here would love to see her back in Ally McBeal long locks and Robert said "it will never happen" because Lucy has moved into a new phase with her look and is "so over that McBeal character".
So sorry guys. Look for lots of new styles on Lucy. By the way, Robert created that flip for her at Lucy's request. She loved the style.

Mike, she's on "Dirty Sexy Money," which is alive and well on ABC in the USA and her hair always looks great.
But if you ever want to see Lucy Liu's best hair scene in a TV show, check out this series of clips of when she played Ling on "Ally McBeal." The section I'm talking about starts about 3 1/2 minutes into the video. Once I saw it on TV several years ago, it became imbedded in my memory.
Glad her hair is a bit longer. How long is it going to last. The show got the Ax.
