Interestingly, I guess I'm the opposite of those ladies who posted above who aren't crazy about Nexxus products anymore. I love Nexxus' Therappe Moisturizing shampoo and Ensure conditioner. They did wonders for my hair which needed lots of moisture, and the fact that my hair is very thick and dense, so the "heaviness" factor didn't hinder my hair's needs. Ensure conditioner does a great job locking in hair color because of its mildly acidic nature. On the other hand, I'm using Redken All Soft and I kinda don't like All Soft myself, too smelly (enriched with avocado) and runny, even with the heavy cream.

I guess each individual's hair is different! You can experiment with Nexxus packs if they have one at beauty shops and also with Redken to compare which ones suit your hair well. :)

I've been using All Soft to reach the condition my hair is now in - as well as Paul Mitchell Awapui shampoo. Which has, obviously worked!

I shall give Nexxus a go, and see how it works - they always do say to change your conditioner between every 3 - 6 months (to see any effect of the product).

Thanks hon!

I love Humectress, it's a great product, but my 3/4 used bottle is lonely since I've been reaching for the All Soft (alternating with the Avalon Lavendar). I prefer All Soft over Humectress any day of the week. There is simply nothing like it!

I find Humectress a bit heavy too, I either mix it with water in my hands, or just use it VERY sparingly.

I don't like Nexxus Therappe at all. I find it very heavy, and I am not crazy about the coconut smell.

Thanks for you comments. It's muchly appreicated! I use All Soft like you would eat fruit! It is a fab conditioner, but I'll take what you said about Nexxus into consideration!

As for Nexxus... I used to be a big Nexxus person. But now I prefer Redken.

I dunno what to say about them. I still have some mostly empty bottles kicking around under my sink.
I used to like Humectress, but now I find it too heavy and it weighs my hair down. All Soft is better.

I once tried KerapHix, because it promises you the world. It's a Creme Reconstructor (Not a conditioner, ho no! :) ) It says it's a structural modifier for your hair. Whatever. It is a pretty good conditioner though. Just heavy. At the time I bought this, I had severely damaged hair and I recall feeling that KerapHix made a difference.

Similarly, the Assure Shampoo promises that it "Strengthens and fortifies the hair's internal structure with body building polymers". On the back, it says it "lathers into the hair's inner structure a cross linking laticework that greatly enhances the integrity of the hair."

Beautiful imagery, but I doubt it's true. But it is a good shampoo, I should really finish off this bottle. But I think I'll stick with All Soft.

Also, I don't like Nexxus' new bottles. They look like something from a Sci-Fi movie, and they're too tall to fit on my shower shelving unit.

So, my hair has finally (since joining this board) gone back it tip-top shiney, lovely condition (let's all cheer *yay!*) even my hair stylet couldn't believe the change in my hair, and is amazed about my knowledge about keeping your hair in great condition she also mentioned how she wished all her clients were like me - so thanks you guys!

I normally use Paul Mitchell and RedKen (mostly conditioners for RedKen). A friend of mine recommended Nexxus Shampoos and Conditioners, however, we were unable to get it in the UK (I've now found a site which sells it in the UK! *yay!!!*).

How good is Nexxus, and what are people's thoughts on the product?
