This is the lightest golden blonde (613).
There are not clips attached, but you could attach them.
The hair itself it 24" and the width is 21", I'm not sure what you're asking about 15 inches...
It's not wavy, it is silky straight, but curls just the same. ^_^

how close to light golden blonde and does it have clips to attach.  I am new to this and am looking for affordable Light Golden blonde.  Also can you cut as would like about 15 inches.  Is this wavy brand?

I have a weft of 24" Bohyme Remi in 613 blonde.


Image to show color only, hair has not been used and is much longer than shown.


The strip is machine weft and 21 inches wide and the hair itself is 24" long.
Total weight is 1.3oz

This hair costs about $175.00+ for this length per 4oz.

Will sell for $40.00 for this 1.3oz weft.
