Well, you have to mix the 323 with developer, but yeah, apply it to the bleached area as if it were hair color. It will turn purple after about 15-20 min and that's when you'll know it's done.

ok so after i bleach it, i just put on that clairol #323 as if it was hair color?

You probably already know this, but after you have stripped the hair and you are bleaching, you only need to get the color to a pale yellow. In order to get it white like that picture you'll need a toner made for platinum blondes (like Clairol #323). I apologize if you already knew this - i'm probably preaching to the choir!! Smile

This depends on 2 things, how much previous colour you have on your hair, example colour on colour on colour, and depending on how much the colour remover actually take out your hair.
 
I think after using your colour remover, you are going to have to bleach your hair a few times to achieve your goal, and a lot of toning.
 
I'm sure you already know that black as well as reds are the hardest colours to remove.

okay so i need some help on stripping kits and bleaching kits:
 
i want to put some blonde into my hair like this picture:
 
and right now my hair is like this:
 
so i've used a stripping kit before, but i've put color over it. so since i want to keep the blonde do i use a bleaching kit after i strip out the black color?? or just leave it alone
