I just received my Bohyme Deep wave in the mail and they don't look at all like in yours picture. Did you curl them or alter them in any way? My natural hair is more of a looser spiral which is sort of what your pic looks like and what I recieved is a super shiny tight zigzag. Does washing affect the appearance at all?

I got the hair from hairsisters.com.   It only took 2 days to arrive!

I'm getting tons of compliments!  My daughter, especially, loves hit.  She's always wanted curls, too.  Smile

It's gorgeous!  And how great that you were able to do it yourself!  Do you mind if I ask where you bought the Bohyme?  I'm wearing clip-in, Deep Wave extensions that I got from a stylist, and am considering sewing another set myself.

I did it all by myself!  It only took about an hour and a half.  Protac is really the fast & easy way to go.

Wow that looks so great. Did you do the type method by yourself or did you get some help?

I'm probably like a lot of you - I hate my natural hair.  It's fine, thin and lifeless.  I've always looked at people with really curly hair with envy.  Well, I decided that for once, I'm going to have long curly hair.  So, I got a perm (I know - but I'm an 80s child at heart anyway), bought some Bohyme deep wave 18" hair, and viola.  Long curly hair!

This install was done with protac.  I had originally planned to do a fusion install, but the hair felt so nice that I hated to only be able to use it once.  I might wear the protac for a few weeks then switch to fusion.  I'll just have to see.  So far, I've only washed the hair once, but OMG!  It's amazing - smooth, soft, bouncy curls - Wow!

Here are the before and after pics:
