Kate Walsh - chin length bob

She's had this for a while now, as current episodes of Private Practice show it looking this way. I don't mind the length necessarily, but this flat, straight, unlayered style seems very bland, and emphasizes her long face. Makes me wonder why she'd cut it just to go to this style.

I have seen it with waves and a little more volume, and it does look much better. I think sideswept bangs would really help too.

I like it, but what happend to her red hair?
