I agree with lovebobs, cut first then colour. A tip to remove any staining on the skin or nape area, lemon juice and cotton wool. However do not use on the scalp or on your hair as it will remove your colour.

yes shave away the strays then dye.
i have done this for my wife a few times.
can we see your cut (a pic)??
Long with BLUNT bangs or ALL cut to lip length, I cant decide my favorite!

I recently cut my hair very short, so that my neckline is shaved. I need to re-color my hair and I'm wondering if I should color it before I trim my neckline or after? I'm mostly concerned with staining my skin since I have very pale skin.
