Skin Wefts/Tape - supplies?

I am new here and speaking to you from Australia!!

I recently had what the brand "hair talk" hair extensions put in. The hair appears to be imbedded in something (feels like silicone) and had a tape attached to the back. It is then applied to the hair as though you would be doing a foil, and then another one is stuck on top, sandwiching the hair in between. I believe these are skin wefts.

They are removed with an alcohol solution.

Just wondering where I could get the solution to remove them and the adhesive tape for replacement? I cannot seem to find any Aussie sellers, or people who will sell to here, nor can I find anyone on eBay!
