   I need some advice, please!  I've been using Natural Instincts Cinnaberry for a LONG time.  Over the years my hair has gotten darker, partly because there were times I should have done a touch-up but got lazy and did the whole head thing.  When I color, the ends come out much darker than the roots.  I'd like to lighten the ends just enough so that when I apply the color, the ends aren't so much darker.  I also want to use a more 'cherry' shade of red.  My question is, would it be better to use "Uncolor" or bleach?  Or is there a better way to do this?  Thanks!
