Well Kramer, you are partly correct!  Now she looks like she is 27 rather than 17!

She's been short since April, though this is a slightly new styling.

Another waste of gorgeous hair. Either her haircut and/or her change in makeup makes/make her look 10 years older. If that's what she was going for, she succeeded.
