I have been having a lot of hair breakage lately and I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on what to do about it. I was coloring my hair about every 3 or 4 months to cover up gray. Then about a month ago my hair started breaking really bad. It mainly only does it when I wash it. I don't know what to do. I use gel and hairspray in my hair. I switched to alcohol free gel and hairspray but the breakage won't stop. It looks really bad. Any advice please?
