I like both Loreal Studio Frizz control gel (the lightest hold they sell), and Biolage Glaze. Redken Anti-snap works for me for this purpose also. These will not be crunchy if you apply them with a VERY light touch. I add water to my hands to make them even lighter. It took me a while to learn how much was too much and how much was just right. A little too much and CRUNCH.
Another thing I recently learned that helps control frizz is not to ignore the underneath hair when applying anti-frizz protects. If you only apply it to the outside, the underneath hair (that which is not exposed) will still puff out. But again, a light touch to prevent crunchiness is necessary.
I hear Frizz Ease serum works great too but I've never tried it. I would imagine this might be easier to apply.
Good luck, please let us know how things turn out.
I have a new wig; it's human hair, but is processed Asian hairstarted out as coarse dark Asain hair, but then was stripped of the cuticle layer and dyed blond, then permed with a slight curly wave... VERY PROCESSED in short...!
I need some suggestion for controling frizz. Ideally I would like a product (s) that helped to define the curls, but that REALLY helped with frizz and fly aways. And I don't want crunchy hair etiher. This is a job way behind simple silicon products such as Sebastion Laminates drops or Frizz Ease serum...
I have heard suggestions of a styling cream or mousse, but don't have any experience with these products...
