you are welcome.....a volumizing or deep moisturizing conditioner works best....what it does is opens the hair shaft, and that is how the color goes out.....you may have to do it several times but it is effective and it does not damage your hair.  hope all turns out well.  i hate when color  goes wrong.

try deep conditioning conditioner and rinse in hot water...this will help fade color.....you may have to do it several times but i faded a color by doing this.....good luck.  oh ya, leave the conditoner on for 20-40 minutes at a time.

For a long time I had highlights and wanted to go back to my natural color-light brown.  I had Redken shades put on and now it is reddish dark brown.  Is there any fast way to get rid of this color that won't cause any further damage?
