Any ideas for my hair?

I have about an inch, maybe and inch and a half of hair. Dont ask, it was a disaster! Anywho, last month i spent a good $200 on hair, put it in with glue, couldnt get it right, so i pulled it out then buzzed my head (which is why i have short hair!). So i want to go back to the extensions. How do i conceal the top part? We are going with links this time...
