I think you would suit this combination, although do not go to dark with the lowlights, go with a level 7 medium blonde.

I have naturally lighter blonde hair and I am thinking of dyeing it a golden blonde color with lowlights and highlights.
 I can't really find any good pictures of what i'm looking for but I was wondering if anyone thinks it would look good together?
 I have naturally pale skin but I have been tanning so it is a light tan color, and green/blue eyes.
