I saw the show live. She looked as she looks in the photos. No photoshopping took place in the photos. That doesn't rule out that option that Elizabeth had some work done or was wearing particular clothing enhance certain features. The blonde hair goes well with the blue dress. Here is the entire 12-photo set as it was posted, if that helps:

looks like the chest area was photoshopped was any of the hair?...don't ask me how I noticed the chest area.

Update: March 21 2012 on the "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson." I was impressed.

Hmmm.... Don't mind the color, but not sure it's an improvement. What I notice more is that it's sort of a bland style. She has such gorgeous curls and waves when she (or her stylist) puts some effort into it.

Did you guys see Elizabeth Banks last night on Jay Leno's show? She was brunette and said it's the hair color she uses in serious roll. I hope she never does another comedy. Sensational!
