This is a colour correction big job, your best bet is to go to a hairdresser to fix, as you need to fill in the blonde areas with a filler then add your target shade over this, but avoiding your ends as they are all ready a dark brown. Its a hard job to try doing at home.
I hope you get it sorted.

ok so i got tired of my black hair. (i'm naturally light reddish brown) used a loreal color remover kit and part of my hair is white blonde after it processed only in the spot where my ponytail usually is at the roots. well after i did this it was horrible part of my hair was orange blonde and still had black at the tips. then i used color oops that took most of the rest of the black out. leaving my hair a sort of red color which was fine with me until i put the actual hair dye on it. i cant get the bleached part to take color, and the ends are back to being pretty dark. i have orange roots and dark brown ends.....any suggestions? Gotta get this fixed fast and i dont want my hair to fall out. really cant afford to go to the salon which is where i should have started in the first place!
