Thank you so much for your reply i really appreciate your honesty and advice - i am going to stay blonde for another while (getting my roots done today!) I think ill just have to start investing in the kerastase range as i cant really get away with standard products now as my hair is so long and bleached that the knots are an absolute nightmare! thanks again x

You look great as a blonde. If you go dark it is very damaging to go back to the blonde.

Well what you could do is go to a shop with some nice wigs in the length & color that you wish to try & get a buddy to take a photo? or do one of those hairfinder.com or whomever has those try on styles programs or photo edit at home.

Staring at yourself in a color for a week at least or month can help you decide.

You could try a soft color mousse  Like Goldwell Goldwell Colorance Soft Color Foam Colorant or Schwarzkopf has some in a "deeper" color or let it on a strand test first to see.

When it gets down to the moment you wish to be darker then your hair will be filled and colored over with the desired color each filling what is missing.

Demi colors like Matrix Color Sync really blend the line well... even if it is a lighter color than your natural hair Embarrassed

Hi Please can i get some advice I am really trying to decide on my image at the moment i am bleached blonde and the thing is i am naturally a dark brown colour so feel as though i am fighting a loosing battle with dark roots!

 I LOVE long hair and im struggling to keep my hair in good condition due to the bleach i just worry that i will be less attractive if im not blonde but think that brunettes do look classy ... Has anyone got any words of advice fo me pleeease i mean im not a hairdresse and have no clue about hair so dont know if its easy to go back blonde if i really hate being dark again? :-) Thank you x
