Pics of my Sally's Satin Strands hair extensions

I just wanted to show of my hair after putting in a new set of home made clip ins. I've been active over in the journal section for nearly 2 and half years and got real excited when i re-discovered this section after a renewed passion for wearing clip ins.

I don't wear them so much for length as I do for extra volume (although i come out with a few inches of length). My color is a Warm Golden brown which has faded a bit. The Satin strands is in a medium brown with caramel high lights. I wear 3 doubled wefts on the back side and 3, 1" weft sections on each of  my sides.

My probblem was Satin Strands extensions were super stick straight and the ends were raggidy. I trimmed a few inches  and curled them using a 2" and 1" barrel alternation every few chunks of hair. My hair is naturaly very curly and this help blend them in well.
I would not recommend they be used for long term use! holy crap no way! But for occasional use and going out at night I love them! Just wanted to share :)
