She is an older woman trying to wear a young woman's hairstyle.
Not necessarily the best hairstyle for her to wear.

I always thought her hair was thinning, even when it was longer. This doesn't help, though. And I have no answers.

I agree; a little more body would look better. Looks stuck to her head now; I'm sure we'll see it look much better in the near future.

Oops. I like Kim and I like bobs, but I don't think this one is doing her any favors. With less hair to steal focus, I notice the lines on her face more. I would've gone the other way, keeping the length at least to shoulders and adding lots of volume and curl. But that's me.
