Thermal Straightening for African Hair types

Has anyone here tried this treatment before? "Viera Hair System"
I was interested in it but was wondering if anyone else has tried it
& still liked it as an alternative to relaxers after many months or years.
I would like to know if this is okay to do but am unsure. Thanks all.
