I would have to say her stock has only gone up (ba-dum dum).

But seriously... It's a good look. Not as sexy as the long hair, but very attractive in its own right. I probably wouldn't suggest she go any shorter, though.

Nicole Lapin's hair has gotten continuously shorter since her switch from CNN to CNBC.
