Hey Tiffbreaux, I would recommend you to go to your stylist, it is not normal, and you need to show her. She should be able to help, it sounds like maybe you're doing something wrong with your routine... like, do you brush your hair before going to bed, put it in a low ponytail?

Someone please help!  My extensions are tangled and matted at the root and I CANNOT seem to untangle it.  I've had them in for about 3 months.  Can anyone tell me how to untangle them???
