I don't think she has got her best ever look but yeah changes are necessary to enlighten one's image. Hair cut is good but she is not looking as per her standard!

Shorter still.  Now its a true pixie.  I think I liked it better before.  Its odd but I have always been such a fan of short hair and now I'm finding that I really like the longer/mid length looks better so long as they are kind of funky and cool.  There are really great options to be stylish without being so so short.
