I would like her to try a just below chin length bob for something different.  She has pretty, healthy hair...so it looks good no matter the length.

Wow, a nothing style?! She looks great in the last set of pics! Hair looks healthy and very pretty. Soft layering looks nice. Great hair and features - could go longer or shorter but looks great now.

I've said this before about her; she lets it grow to just past her collar bone and then cuts it to this shoulder skimming length; she's done this for years.

I agree with JerkyFlea, it's a nothing style. She should have knotten got her hair cut. This was a huge mistake. Maybe have added bangs if anything.

As I've said before, I don't get this style. Blunt cut sitting on the top of the shoulders has always seemed such a "non-length" to me (it looks like a bob growing toward something rather than a particular style.)  IMHO, it looked better before.
3 pm is simultaneously too late and too early to start anything.

I think I just like Natalie. Now, would I rather have Natalie with longer hair than Natalie with this style? Absolutely. Look at how gorgeous her hair was at the beginning of this thread. Sensational.
 
Some days I wish she'd thin out her eyebrows a bit, though. Her dark eyebrows really stand out some days vs. her lighter hair color.

I'm surprised you like it, Kramer, especially after an unnecessary shoulder-length cut.

I've always felt that Natalie's hair has always been kind of a letdown. To me it never quite looks as good as it should given how pretty she is, just bland, and a few inches shorter or longer doesn't ever help or hurt much.

I don't know quite what I'd to do it to improve it, but would love to see her try something different...

OK, here are some photos from today's "Today Show." A sizable decrease in length. Natalie's hair looked great when she read the news early in the show, but looked kind of sloppy after an hour or so. Oh well.

Natalie Morales got a haircut. Perhaps after yesterday's "Today Show." I don't have a photo of what she looks like on today's show, but it's several inches shorter than it was yesterday. Shorter than I've seen her hair in a long time. Looks like it goes to her shoulders when styled like it was today. The old look was great. The new look is great.

Didn't get a really good look, and I never saw a back view, but it looked shorter and more layered on the 1st hour of the "Today" show 7/15/11. 
 
And I too vote for more length and fewer layers.

She never seems to keep it long and has it cut to her shoulders or gets it over-layered. She is a cutie and looks great with it long.
