As long as you use a heat protectant you will be fine :)

I saw someone with crimped hair recently.  It looked pretty cool but I am wondering if it damages the hair because of all the crimping iron work?

Is there way to crimp hair without using an iron?  Can you braid and then press with a hot iron instead?  I thought I saw that you could do that without an official crimping iron?
