No, it's not considered deep conditioning.  It's only a good daily conditioner that's all.

Read the instructions at the back of the product. It stated there how long you should you put it on your hair before rinsing it.

i bought neutrogena triple moisture pure strength conditoning treatment to use before and after i dye my hair. Is this going to do any good? IF I leave it on longer is it concidered "deep conditioning"? help!
