What color dyes would these be?

Jenifer is certainly going to be an ash blonde. (Light I assume) It may be difficult to do at home because it's highlighted over a darker brown (light brown? medium? I'm never sure with Jennifer) also, keeping it "ash" when going lighter at home is a bit difficult, since the process of bleaching tends to yellow hair. You'd probably want a toner to take some of the yellow out.

Gisel seems to have a more natural Medium/light blonde. you could probably get away with choosing an Ash and not worrying about a toner so that it gets that neutral tone. Hers is also highlighted and perfected by professionals but it's a little more subtle.

If you're doing all over color and aiming for this I'd pick a medium ash/violet blonde and maybe talk a friend into helping with some highlights. If you're going into a salon- print out the pictures and bring them in :)
