Best IMHO are 1995, (96 is a wig), 2003 and 2011. Lots of variations on a theme otherwise. Still a cutey though.

Is brunette the new blonde? so many seem to be going darker. Love this look on Kylie, she was due a dramatic change IMO. Happened in last few days.
