It is a nice sleek style...makes her look more mature. Personally, I think the color is too light for her...a reddish brown would look best in my opinion.

As currently styled, they almost make her look sleepy, or her face too big. If asked (which I never will be, thus my offering of my opinion without solicitation) I'd say take them a bit shorter, and sweep them aside a bit to show off a little forehead.
