Charissa's probably the newest addition to ESPN.  She's actually very good, presence and info-wise.  Her duties are essentially on Numbers Never Lie and now, apparently, on First Take, too! 
 
Anyway, she started off long and blonde.  Maybe with extensions.  Now she's moved to barely-shoulder-skimming and blonde.

Slightly off topic: Charissa also went for a bruette experiment - probably during her FoxSports days.
