To start with, it reveals too much forehead on most women. That isn't flattering. Since both sides are exactly the same the hair looks like it just hangs there regardless of length.

I've yet to read a logical explanation about what is wrong with the center part.

I don't usually like a center part but Megan Fox wore one at today's Golden Globe announcements and let's face it, she looks beautiful with her long flowing hair.
