Hi all,
There are tons of celebs out there with Ombre, baylage and even dip dye with long hair or with extensions.

However, can you think of celebs with beautiful Ombre, baylage or dip dye with short or even shoulder length hair? 

I know that Adam Lambert had green tipped hair with his black base but anyone else?
