I'll vote for the after look as perfect and I wouldn't mess with it for a while. The gradual color change is more natural and the long bangs are fun.

It is VERY long Trout and I agree the bangs are a STYLE so I hope they happen SOON. The day will come when most of it is lying on a salon or the bathroom floor but for now it is pretty, I say!

The color looks cool but will look even better as she takes it lighter. Def needs the bangs.

I'm just going to say it is too long. At that length it just shapeless. She doesnt need to cut it short to decide to have a style.

don't care for the bangs as they are...hope you get to cut them full and blunt. Color looks great!

I am a short hair lover but I have to say she looks awesome. The bangs would look great too. If I were you I wouldn't want her to cut her hair short anytime soon. Maybe play with the color by going lighter the next time.
