or you can just enjoy your gray hair. i know its hard to swallow but hey flaunt you white hair, instead of covering it. it might be crazy but get platinum blonde highlight to blend it with your white hair. i know its wild but its a suggestion

Hi Stylez,

Do your parents have white hair(s)? And if either/both do, when did their hair start to go white? Your white hair may be hereditary.

Otherwise, the best thing you can try to do to fight premature greying is to be sure get and stay very healthy, including a well-balanced diet and sufficient amount of cardiovascular exercise, maybe supplement with occasional scalp massages and multivitamin tablets. Stress doesn't help either. Zinc, and an herb named Fo-Ti (Ho shou wu) are reputed to help reduce grey, but I don't know if there are any scientific studies to prove the effect. You may want to try using them both. All of that said, there are no guarantees that the grey will go away, or even stop progressing.
