I can't say for sure, but it appears to me that January Jones has buzzed her nape. Here she is at the Emmy's (9/23):

The watermark is in the way, but if you look closely... buzzed. Please prove me wrong or confirm my suspicions with additional evidence. Unfortunately, this is the most conclusive evidence that I've been able to find. She's worn her hair down in a sexy bob since the Emmy's. Here's a more recent picture from 9/30:

It doesn't prove anything, but it's certainly nice to look at. Regardless of whether or not she's been buzzed, she definitely got a healthy trim in the past few weeks. Here she is on 9/18:
